The Challenge
The initial project was envisioned as platform scan both within the customer’s environment and beyond. However, once establishing that the required needs were neither well envisioned nor articulated, we pivoted to determining how we could imbed real flexibility in how future business needs would be achieved.
Our Solution
With this in mind, the team architected a new API-driven design with MicroService that created greater room for innovation across channels and partners. This strategy provided a way forward that was both revolutionary in terms of the operation and allowed for a more efficient use of IT spend.
