A leading high tech and consumer electronics manufacturer was looking to enable a dramatic reduction in e-waste, while addressing a broader enterprise market for their products. The Virtus solution was selected based on our expertise in device lifecycle management, to design the business strategy, processes and ultimately case management strategy.
It was critical to not only understand how the overall process would be enabled, but also the way in which value would be ascertained and managed, across the supply chain. Our team’s unique expertise with the operating environment, is allowing for a rapid launch of this capability, in months not quarters.
At the completion of this program, our client will be able to pro-actively address environmental and sustainability challenges, while being accretive to the business as a whole. This a first step to enabling traditional one-use products to be utilized as-a-service.
